Plastic Envelope For Documents

I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide a new medium for the effective and efficient transfer of documents from outlets to head office

III. GENERAL POLICIES

There shall be a new carrier for the documents to be forwarded from the outlets to the head office. The new carrier shall be a clear, plastic envelope with three (3) compartments labeled as: PCS, SOS, and ACCGT/HR. Each outlet shall be assigned with two (2) plastic envelope labeled as (Outlet) A and (Outlet) B.

Proper Usage:
1. Each outlet will have one (1) plastic envelope (Outlet A), where all the documents to be sent are placed.
2. The plastic envelope has 3 compartments and each is labeled with PCS, SOS and ACCGT/HR. Compile the documents based on receiving department and place them in their proper compartment.
3. When the Rider arrives, the Service Crew must give him the plastic envelope (Outlet A) with the documents. The Rider, in exchange, shall give to Service Crew another empty plastic envelope (Outlet B).

Reminders:
1. The exchange of plastic envelopes shall be done everyday, except Sundays. The Rider shall not give the empty plastic envelope to Service Crew if there’s no plastic envelope in exchange.
2. All documents to be forwarded to the head office all important. Ensure excellent condition of each.
