I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide troubleshooting guidelines on the different concerns surrounding the rice cooker

III. GENERAL POLICIES
The following procedures must be done during listed circumstances:
A. Not heating
1. Check the plug if properly plugged in the power outlet. Unplug and plug.
2. If # 1 didn’t work, check the wire and the connection.
3. If none of the above works, replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.
B. Loose button for cooking mode
1. Temporarily, stuck paper or cardboard on the button to keep it in cooking mode. Service Crew must monitor the product being cooked to avoid overcooking.
2. Replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.
C. Blast plug or wire
1. Replace it with another unit. Pull-out the defective unit for repair.
