III. GENERAL POLICIES
Each and every SOS Staff must be knowledgeable of the existing operating procedures. Upon joining the Store Operations Support Center, the newly-hired SOS Staff must read the Training manual and be informed of the policies and procedures that pertain to the operation of the outlet as well as the objectives that aligned with it and govern it.
The SOS Department is granted access to the Training Manual.
