2. To verify all banking transactions made for the sales of the outlets

III. GENERAL POLICIES
PCS shall receive text messages from outlets during their banking of sales using the following format:
1. For Regular Sales:

2. With Full Sales:

(Go to “SSM” folder → Choose year → Choose outlet → Choose month → Open file: “dsr_data” → Click sheet: “Text”)
Input the details in the “Text_Bank Monitoring”. Gather the details of banking transaction of all outlets and send the list to the Accounting Staff in charged of verification.
After verification, send a text report to the CEO. If a problem occurs, personally inform or call the CEO for further instructions.
Deposit Slip Monitoring
Input the verified amount in the “Deposit Slip Monitoring”. Validate the deposit slip once received, and input the date of banking to “Deposit Slip Monitoring “file.
