I. OBJECTIVE
1. To provide guidelines on the training process for newly hired office employees
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Day 1
1. Human Resources (HR) Department will endorse the trainees to the Training Department.
2. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
3. Trainer will get the Training Checklist from HR.
4. Trainer will provide the trainees with Training Checklist form which includes what to bring and proper appearance in training everyday.
5. Trainer will also provide the trainees with Waiver form for them to be bounded by the rules and regulations of the company.
6. Internal employee shall attend half day of the training session. Trainer shall endorse the trainee to HR.
Note: If all attendees are internal employees, orientation is done the whole day (sales and values).
The training program for the internal employee is as follows:
Morning session
a. Overview of the house rules of training
b. Career Path
c. Sales Orientation
Day 2
1. Attendees must write in the Attendance sheet.
2. Trainees must check the Training Checklist form and fill it out.
3. Internal employee shall attend half day of the training session. Trainer shall endorse the trainee to HR with Certificate of Completion.
4. Certificate of Completion shall detail all the orientation programs that the newly hired office employee has attended. Internal employees will then take their exam. Certificate of Completion is printed in 2 copies: 1 copy is for HR Dept. and 1 copy is for the Training Dept.
The training program for the internal employee is as follows:
Morning session
a. Exams
b. Values Formation
c. Fill up the Commitment form (Panunumpa form) for their different positions
