III. GENERAL POLICIES
The security guard on-duty shall be expected to strictly observe the following security guidelines for applicants:
- Walked-In or Agency Referred Applicants are allowed to enter the company’s designated recruitment area from 8:00 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. provided that they present the necessary identification and RESUME to the Guard On-duty. The Guard On-duty shall ONLY accept government issued ID’s, NBI Clearance and Police Clearance as proof of identification.
- The Guard On-duty shall ONLY get the RESUME from Walked-In or Agency Referred Applicants who arrived and applied between 11:46 a.m. – 12:59 p.m. and shall not be allowed to enter the company premise but instead inform the applicant to RETURN at 1:00 p.m. of same day to process their application and for a potential interview.
- For Applicants who arrived between 4:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Guard On-duty shall get their RESUME and ask them to return the following day at 8:00 a.m.
- Upon entry of applicants to the company, the Guard On-duty shall give him/her a copy of the Recruitment Application Form (RAF) including the Feedback Form and provide instructions to fill out the form in the recruitment designated area.
