III. GENERAL POLICIES

Whenever an outlet has busted light:
a. For BBT and SSM outlets, Service Crew (SC) must use the Cart Manual to identify the part of the cart with busted light and the specifications of light needed. SC must provide SOS with the corresponding code as stated in the Cart Manual.

b. For other outlets (CDH, Full Stores, WDF, BBE), ask the specifications of light that they need. If the SC can not determine it, ask the company maintenance personnel.

SOS must check the lights (tube and bulb) inventory if the needed type is available, if not, request the item to the Purchasing Department.

If the light needed is available, deliver it to the outlet as soon as possible. Company employees who are allowed to deliver the light are: Riders, Drivers, Maintenance Staffs and Operations Staff.

Riders are only allowed to deliver small bulbs and short tubes to avoid accidents. Drivers are to deliver big bulbs and long tubes. Maintenance Staffs and Operations Staffs (SC, Team Leader and Supervisor) may deliver the light if no Rider or Driver is available.

Service Crew must make an Incident Report and send it to SOS. SOS must record the incident.
