III. GENERAL POLICIES
Duties and Responsibilities of Guard on Duty:
1) Gate shall always be closed.
2) Never abandon post without reliever.
3) Observe: “No ID, No Entry” for all employees.
4) Observe body frisking and checking of bags (In and Out) near the camera.
5) Maintain logbook for In and Out of employees.
6) Always ask visitors for their purpose and their contact person.
7) Maintain logbook for visitors. Always ask for the visitor’s ID and provide visitor’s pass.
8) Always ask the Contractors for work permit before entering.
9) Maintain logbook for turnover of keys.
10) Observe: “No WIS/ Gate Pass/ Pull-Out/ Itinerary, No Out”.
11) Inspect the driver and the delivery van every after delivery.
12) Always ask the employee for Official Business (OB) form when going out during office hours.
13) Check all items declared in the Itinerary Form after delivery.
14) Maintain logbook for car and vans.
15) In charged of garbage disposal.
16) Ensure cleanliness of loading area.
17) Check outside company premises.
18) Check CR, locker room, grotto, mini garden, kubo lock, freezer lock, warehouse lock and walk-in lock.
19) Monitor junk.
20) Submit weekly and monthly report on the general daily activities.
21) Rove the company premises by 6pm. Do not let employees to stay within the company premises after 6pm.
22) Check delivery van every night and every morning during turnover of duty to other guard.
23) Check the facility every morning during turnover.
