I. OBJECTIVE

II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
For effective timekeeping and attendance monitoring to facilitate proper processing of payroll, the following guidelines shall be strictly implemented:
1. All employees are required to clock in and out during the following:
1.1 On or before the “start time” (AM)
1.2 Lunch break “out”
1.3 Lunch break “in”
1.4 On or after your “finish time” (PM)
2. Failure to clock-in/out shall be considered “Absent Without Pay” for the following conditions:
2.1 Employee who failed to clock-in during the start time (AM) but has clock-out during lunch break shall not be paid.
2.2 Employee who failed to clock-in after lunch break but has clock-out in the afternoon (PM) shall not be paid.
2.3 Employee who failed to clock-out after work in the afternoon (PM) shall not be paid.
3. Office personnel who are on official business travel/work are required to fill in Official Business (OB) form approved by Immediate Superior and Human Resources Department. Without the approved OB form, Human Resources will not consider the travel/work official and the employee will be marked as absent.
4. Incident Report shall not be honored or entertained.
5. In case that the “Biometric Time” is inoperative, handwritten entries shall be initialed by the employee’s Immediate Superior or the Security Guard on duty.
