2. To communicate the designated use of the parts that makes up the Table of Contents of a manual
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Table of Contents – lists all subjects and topics presented in the manual.
III. GENERAL POLICIES
The Table of Contents contains the following information:

(A) Title, lists the specific topics or Document Titles under a subject or Section Title.
Document Title and Section Title will be discussed on “Structure of the Manual”
(B) Initial Issue Date, indicates the specific month and year the document was originally issued.
(C) Revision Date, indicates the specific month and year the document was amended or revised.
(D) Document No. (Document Number), indicates the designated code for the document.
