III. GENERAL POLICIES

All salary-related inquiries (salary deduction, payroll, etc.) should be relayed to the Human Resources Department. Any inquiries addressed or relayed to other department aside from Human Resources will not be entertained.

Complaint shall be acted upon within 24 hrs. from filing of the concern.
