Head Office:

Only HRAD personnel are allowed to open the main door every morning at exactly 7:45am. For security purposes, it is strictly prohibited for an employee to be alone in the office; he/she must be accompanied by at least 1 co-employee. Guard on duty must check the bags and things of all office-based employees and non-office-based employees entering and leaving the company premises. Body search must also be conducted for male employees. Excuses are not allowed. Log in and log out from the guard’s logbook is a must.

No ID, no entry for GJVI/Fondre/Agency employees. Guard on-duty must be observant. Always close and lock the door’s gate.

Employees are expected to finish their work by 6:00pm.

Anyone who needs to stay due to work exigency must file an authority to extend form duly approved by their immediate superior and noted by HRAD. Approved forms must be submitted to HRAD before 6:00 pm. All work documents must be secured before leaving the office.

While those who were instructed by their immediate superior to do overtime work must file an overtime authorization duly approved by their immediate superior and noted by HRAD. Approved OT form must be submitted to HRAD three (3) hours before dismissal time.

All employees who would stay beyond 6:00 pm must present to the guard approved forms, either Authority to extend or Overtime form as applicable.

Before leaving the office, employees must present their bags to the guard on duty.

Commissary:
After production, the authorized personnel of Commissary must patrol inside the area to make sure that no machine or equipment is left powered-on and/or plugged. Freezers (chest type, upright, chiller and walk-in) must be plugged and turned-on. The main switch of the water meter must also be closed. No product must be left scattering around. After patrolling, the authorized personnel must state the findings in the logbook with his signature and time of patrol.

Before closing the production area, Guard on Duty, together with the Commissary personnel, must patrol around the area to ensure that everything is properly organized. Again, the Commissary personnel and the Guard on Duty must write in the logbook the final findings of their patrolling. The act will indicate the endorsement of the commissary personnel to the Guard on Duty.

If something unusual, irregular or improper is noticed, report such to the supervisor.
