III. GENERAL POLICIES
All employees of Generous and Joyous Ventures, Inc. are not allowed to conduct “surprise visits” in any of its outlets.
All new employees of the company who will be visiting the outlet will be given an Endorsement Letter that is approved and signed by the CEO. Name and position of the new employee will be indicated in the endorsement letter that must be presented to the outlet.
However, it must always be verified first with the SOS before acknowledging and entertaining the person. S/He must present any valid ID (company or government ID) to verify the identity of the endorsed person.
