Endorsement of New Employees – Head Office

I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide guidelines on endorsement of new head office employees

III. GENERAL POLICIES

Procedures for Endorsement of New Employee shall only apply if the employee has gone through the process of Training and Development. On the last day of the employee’s training, the Personnel Officer shall advise the newly hired employee to report on time during his first day of work.

On the first day of the employee, the Personnel Officer shall orient the employee on the following topics:
• Work Hours
• Breaks
• Dress Code

The Personnel Officer shall also give the employee the contact numbers of the Head Office and let the employee sign a Supplies and Equipment Accountability Form (SEAF). Upon signing SEAF, the Personnel Officer shall give the set of supplies/equipment to the employee and accompany the employee to his respective department.
