III. GENERAL POLICIES
The following steps must be followed when preparing packs of 2-kilo rice:
1. Using a dry cloth, clean the rare earth magnet found below the rice funnel.
2. Place an empty sack of rice below the funnel. Make sure it is properly hooked.
3. Pour 1 sack of rice to the funnel. Impurities found in rice shall be strained with the help of rare earth magnet.
4. Pour the newly-strained sack of rice to plastic rice container.
5. Pack 2 kilos of rice using 9×12 plastic. Weigh in scale.
6. Seal the plastic using impulse sealer machine.
7. Prick the sealed plastic using toothpick.
8. Store the packs of rice properly inside the shelf.
9. Fill out the Weighing form and have it received by Warehouse Admin Staff.
*Warehouseman must make sure 1 sack of rice (50kilos) = 25 packs of 2 kilos.
