All BBT and SSM outlets are given the New Cart Guide Manual to help the Service Crew to identify specific parts of cart that needed maintenance or further attention.
The Cart Guide Manual contains of images, each labeled with specific code for specific parts of the cart.
The Cart Guide Manual has written guidelines and format in reporting related concerns to the SOS.
Remember:
The Cart Guide Manual is an important document to the outlet and must be secured in the red accordion or folder, where the rest of the outlet’s documents are properly placed.
