III. GENERAL POLICIES
All employees designated in the Store Operations Support (SOS) must read and learn the basic troubleshooting of outlet concerns. An excel file titled, “SOS Troubleshoot” is made available to anyone holding a position in the SOS. SOS has the obligation to update the said file as deemed necessary.
“SOS Troubleshoot” contains solutions to basic equipment problems and incidents that occur in the outlet, among others.
