1. To provide guidelines on the proper disposal of items pulled-out from outlets
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Items that are pulled out from outlets are sent to SOS for checking.
Listed below are the common items that outlets pull out everyday:
• Busted Lights
• Cooking Oil Gallons
• Damaged Products
• Expired Medical Supplies
• Expired Products
• Gulaman Bottles
• Logbooks
• Old Forms (receiving copies of forms, etc.)
• Sacks
• Spoiled Products
• Toyomansi Gallons
• Unsealed Cups
• Unusable Big Items (cup dispenser, storage box, signage, etc.)
• Unusable Small Items (measuring cup, bar spoon, noodle net, etc.)
• Used Oil
SOS must receive the items in the Pull-Out Receipt and segregate them according to the department that is assigned to dispose them.
a) Items to transfer to Warehouse:
• Cooking Oil Gallons
• Damaged Products
• Expired Products
• Gulaman Bottles
• Sacks
• Toyomansi Gallons
• Used Oil
b) Items to forward to Human Resources Dept.:
• Logbooks
• Old Forms
c) Items for disposal by SOS:
• Busted Lights – to be disposed after checking and recording
• Expired Medical Supplies – to be disposed after checking
• Spoiled Products – to be disposed after checking
• Unsealed Cups – to be disposed after checking
• Unusable Big Items – to be recorded, and then forwarded to SOS Maintenance for checking if could be reused or sold.
• Unusable Small Items – to be recorded, and then forwarded to SOS Maintenance for checking if could be reused or sold.
