Ask the Service Crew the branch of BDO where they deposited the sales. Using Google, get the contact number of the BDO branch where they deposited the sales. Inform the personnel regarding the problem, state the complete details of the deposit slip. Service Crew must make an Incident Report. Remind them to double-check the details next time.
