I. OBJECTIVE

III. GENERAL POLICIES
Every cut-off, check the 201 file and monitor the employees nearing the end of their employment contract. Employees with contracts to expire within thirty (30) to forty-five (45) days from the current cut-off date must be listed in a document. The document must include the following details:
• Name of employee
• Date of ENDO
• Date to pass
HR personnel shall ask the immediate superior of the listed employee for the performance evaluation of the employee. The employee shall also assess his/her own work performance and evaluate it.
HR shall dictate the continuation or discontinuation of employment of the employee as per the rate of the evaluation.
Additional guidelines:
1. Supervisor/Immediate Superior must submit the Performance Evaluation of their staff on the given period of submission.
2. Late submission of Performance Evaluation must be explained by accomplishing an Incident Report (IR).
3. Supervisor/Immediate Superior must immediately schedule the concerned staff to HR Department the day after their end of contract.
4. Service Crew/Staff is strictly not allowed to have their duty if their contract has already expired.
5. If the Staff/Service Crew continues his/her duty without any contract signed with the respective Agency, no compensation shall be made by the company or Agency and it will be sole accountability of their Immediate Superior/Supervisor.
6. If the Supervisor/Immediate Superior recommended his/her Staff for an extension, the Staff must be scheduled to HR personnel on or before the end of their contract, for signing of extension agreement.
7. Evaluation of the Staff must be well-explained by the Evaluator. Evaluator must have the acknowledgement or signature of the Staff in their Performance Evaluation form before submitting.
