II. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Personal vehicle – refers to bicycle, motorcycle, car, truck, and any other vehicle personally owned by the employee
III. GENERAL POLICIES
Personal vehicle is not allowed to be used in performing one’s duty in the company. In case that an employee will be utilizing his own vehicle during working hours, it is understood that it is his own volition to use such and the company is not liable to repair any damages or replace any lost parts of the vehicle.
Parking of personal vehicle within the company premises is at the owner’s risk.
