Trainers shall take note of the trainees in the Attendance Sheet. The training program for the Technical Trainer is as follows:

Day 1 – Day 2: Behavioral Program
I. Technical Trainer Orientation Program
a. Job Description (signed by Human Resources Dept.)
b. Welcome from HRD
c. Code of Conduct Orientation (Rules and Regulations)
d. Values Formation (Core Values)
e. Customer Service Training
f. Branding Orientation
g. Train-the-Trainer Training

Day 3 – Day 10/12: Technical Program
I. Basic Operations Training Program (Day 3 – Day 5)
a. Product Knowledge
b. Food Preparation Training
c. Barista Training
d. Opening and Closing Procedures
e. CRM/POS Training
f. Crises Management
g. Food Safety/ 5S
h. Cart/ Inline Simulation

II. Management Reporting (Day 6 – Day 7)
a. Staffing and Scheduling
b. Inventory Management (DSR)
c. Sales Reporting
d. Visitation Report (QSC)
e. Store Policies
f. Audit Procedures
g. Others
h. CRM/POS Training

III. On-the-Job Training: Cart- 3 days, Inline- 5 days (Day 8 – Day 10/12)
a. Opening
b. Mid Shift

d. OJT as Technical Trainer (5-month evaluation)
– Validation from Training Officer during the 2-3 days store duty
e. CRM/POS Training

Day 10/12 – Onwards: Validation Program
I. Performance Validation during OJT by Trainer – Cart, Store Supervisor – Inline (Day 10/12)

II. Train-the-Trainer’s Certification (6 months)
a. Manner of Conducting Hands On and Store Training
b. Tracking of Trainee’s Effectiveness and Efficiency

III. Certified Technical Trainer (6 months)
a. Handling Hands On and Store Training
b. OJT checking and validation
c. Panel Discussion (CEO, COO, HR, TR, OPS)
d. Application Letter (as ATL) from the Candidate

IV. Area Team Leader (6 months)
a. Visitation Report’s Validation
b. Probationary Period
c. Assignment of 5 Outlets (Sales and Spot Audit)
d. Leadership Training
e. Application Letter (as MT) from the Candidate

V. Management Trainee (Supervisor Trainee) (6 months)
a. Evaluation and Assessment (Reflects the corporate culture to the MT, by blood and heart)
b. MT will apply as Supervisor

VI. Supervisory Position (6 months)
a. Management’s Discretion
b. Probationary as Supervisor

VII. Supervisory Level (after 2 years and 6 months program)
a. With Signing Privileged
