Standard Time for Activities per brand:
Bubbatealicious (BBT)
a. Cashiering – +/- 1 min. per customer transaction
b. Preparation – +/- 3 mins. (Usually 3 mins. for employee’s 1 month below)
c. Preparation – +/- 2 mins (Usually 2 mins. for employee’s 1 to 3 months)
d. Preparation – +/- 1 min. (Usually 1 min. for employee’s more than 3 months)
e. BBT Dance – +/- 8 mins. (This is the standard time for customers in que (10 customers), this is achieved through work specialization)
Cantonese Dimsum House (CDH)
a. Cashiering – +/- 1 min. per customer transaction
b. Preparation – +/- 3 mins. (Includes frying or cooking time)
c. Preparation – +/- 10 mins. (Customers in que (10 customers) with assorted orders (frying/ cooking))
Shanghai Siomai (SSM)
a. Cashiering – +/- 20 secs. per customer transaction
b. Serving of siomai or sharksfin – +/- 1 min. per customer transaction
c. Serving of gulaman – +/- 30 secs. per customer transaction
Waffle Daffle (WDF)
a. Cashiering – +/- 20 secs. per customer transaction
b. Serving of waffle – +/- 1 min. per customer transaction
c. Serving of iced green tea – +/- 30 secs. per customer transaction
Full Stores
a. Cashiering – +/- 1 min. per customer transaction
b. Bar Preparation –
• +/- 3 mins. (Usually 3 mins. for employee’s 1 month below)
