1. To provide guidelines on the use of first aid kit and consumption of medicines in the office

III. GENERAL POLICIES
First aid kit is available for employees’ usage or consumption. Medicines are intended for emergency purposes only. Sick employees are allowed to get maximum of two (2) medicines. For accidents such as cuts, abrasions and burns; antiseptic solution (iodine solution), bandages and burn ointment are available. Sphygmomanometer and stethoscope are also available for blood pressure monitoring.
Available medicines are:
• Phenylephrine HCI/ Paracetamol for colds
• Paracetamol/ Phenylephrine for fever or flu
• Loperamide for diarrhea
• Mefenamic Acid for pain reliever
For monitoring purposes, kindly fill in the details needed in the Medicines Consumption logbook upon usage or consumption. Company offices and warehouses must all have available first aid kits to be maintained by an assigned custodian.
Security guards must be knowledgable enough on the emergency first aid procedures.
