I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide guidelines for incidents of black out or brown out in the outlet

III. GENERAL POLICIES

Service Crew must report incidents of brown out to SOS, Supervisor and Team Leader. The following are some basic instructions to provide when the incident happens:

For Bubbatealicious outlets:
Ask the cause of brown out and the time it is expected to resume. If pearl and tea are not yet prepared, inform the Supervisor or Team Leader for further instruction to be given to the crew.
Alternative for sealer: Cup lid

For Cantonese Dimsum House outlets:
Ask the cause of brown out and the time it is expected to resume. If the power will not resume immediately and will take an hour or more, ask the status of their products and suggest some preventive measures to avoid spoilage. Inform the Supervisor or Team Leader for further instruction to be given to the crew.
Alternative for (Electric) Rice Cooker: Cook rice with Gas Stove
Alternative for Glass steamer: Casserole Steamer

For Shanghai Siomai outlets:
Ask the cause of brown out and the time it is expected to resume. Inform the Supervisor or Team Leader for further instruction to be given to the crew.

Service Crew must make an Incident Report and send it to SOS. SOS must record the incident.
