III. GENERAL POLICIES

All company management team, middle management team, office staff and operations team should be reachable through their cellphones all the time. This includes during duty hours and off-duty hours – meaning, even on rest days, holidays and leave days.

Since their daily tasks are crucial and directly involve the daily business operational activities of the company, it is imperative to be reachable by the company at all time. Rest assured that employees will only be contacted due to the following situations:
• When they have tasks that are not turned over properly to other employees during their absence.
• During emergency situations.
• When certain information related to their daily tasks are needed to be obtained immediately.

Should phone conversation alone cannot suffice the situation, their presence will be requested and they are thereby required to report for duty (as the case may be).

Additional guidelines:
In the rarest cases, certain Special Public Occasions or Events happen that may need utmost security and protection wherein Cellular Network Companies are requested to temporarily shut down network availability causing signal interruption among mobile users. This is to prevent any form of Terrorist Attacks while the certain Special Public Occasion or Event is ongoing.

During these times however, to be able to maintain active communications among employees, it is also advisable to communicate through the internet like E-mail or Chat (if possible).
