I. OBJECTIVE

1. To provide guidelines for incidents of lost or stolen outlet keys

2. To provide guidelines on process of replacement of outlet keys

 
II. DEFINITION OF TERMS

III. GENERAL POLICIES

Service Crew must report the incident to SOS as soon as possible. SOS shall borrow the duplicate key from the Admin Officer in charge of the keys.

If the incident is known before the opening of the outlet, Service Crew must head to the Head Office to retrieve the duplicate key/s. If the incident happened during the store operations, SOS must coordinate with the outlet’s Team Leader or Supervisor for the delivery of the duplicate keys.

Service Crew must make an Incident Report. SOS must request new set of locks in replacement of the lost or stolen one. Once the new set of keys and locks or padlocks arrives, the lock of the outlet must be replaced immediately. One copy of key must be given to the outlet, and the other one to the Admin Officer. The old lock and key must be surrendered as soon as the lock is replaced. Turn over the old lock and key to the Admin Officer.
