III. GENERAL POLICIES

All logbooks and planners issued by the company to the employees must be properly used. Logbooks are meant to be used for taking notes during meetings, for planning and itinerary listing, among others.

The use of notebook/planner/logbook that is not issued by the company is not allowed. Detaching of leaves or pages from the logbook is not allowed. The logbooks used by the company are page-numbered and therefore, the office will immediately notice if there are any torn or missing pages. Writing personal notes, sketching or drawing anything, which is not work-related, in the logbook is not allowed. It must not be let wet, soaked or drenched.

For Operations Department: Logbooks used by the service crew in the outlet must be returned once full so that a new logbook will be issued.

All logbooks/planners issued to the employee must be returned to the Human Resources Dept. once they resign or once their contract ended.
