III. GENERAL POLICIES
Meter reading form will be used in every outlet.
Meter reading (Ingress/Egress) will be used during opening or closing of an outlet. Company representative should list all the existing details for electricity and water consumption.
Meter reading form (monthly/weekly) will be used for monthly or weekly reading of utilities for every outlet.
The form should be signed both by the company and lessor’s representative.
